What’s the average turn around time for orders to arrive once paid?
1 - 3 Weeks is typical time to expect your plant to arrive once youve paid. Expedited shipping is possible by emailing contact@clone2u.com to see IF the product desired is AVAILABLE immediately, and logistics can be arranged to package and ship out overnight or two day priority shipping, per customer request. (Weekends and holidays will delay these requests as the nursery is not open)
CLONES that are ROOTED and listed AVAILABLE on the BULK tab usually means its READY THAT WEEK for sale and can be reserved or purchased on the website. (Qty is always subject to change for QC, health, or sell out reasons.)
Clones take 10-14 days to root once cut so we can reserve your order in advanced and time it best we can with your entire order or in a reasonable time for your needs. Contacting us in advanced helps reserve your cycle dates needed whether indoors or seasonal.
For these reasons we ask patience for 1-3 weeks processing, sometimes can be faster or even a bit longer but we will be transparent and update you for planning sake.
Reach out to contact@clone2u.com for ORDER STATUS UPDATES and questions pertaining to your order.

How come there's no flower photos of the strains?
We only offer rooted clones and due to restrictions that is all we can show here. We do not sell the flower or any other products.
Do you lab test for pathogens?
Yes, see recent TEST RESULTS HERE.
We primarily test mother plant stock monthly for Hop Latent Viroid HLV as its "latent" in nature meaning it can be detected later in life due to stress factors outside our control.
Initial strain intake requires screening for other pathogens like Fusarium or Pythium.
We integrate tissue culture meristem cleanup with partnered lab to return to the nursery Generation 0 plantlets that are pest and pathogen free to begin. The nursery will maintain proper IPM and HLV screening per our guidelines to mitigate any contamination issues. As the plants are LIVE products and not uniform in nature despite being "clones" we cannot always expect 0% pest or pathogen pressure.
HOWEVER we do stand by our QC checkpoints and 100% Guarantee that what you receive will be clean of pests and pathogens to the best of the nurseries abilities. If a grower discovers any issues within the 3 day policy we can replace immediately. If growers see HLV later in life we encourage the growers to send photos and info to contact@clone2u.com in a better effort for us to service you. We can see if any remedies are available to assist, and we need to perform investigations and continue our due diligence HLV testing at those nurseries to ensure SOPs are followed and genetics health has not been compromised. The best defense against pathogens is proper environment and cultivation practices to avoid stressing the plant and triggering the symptoms.

What is a clone and how do I acclimate when intaking?
A "clone" is a cutting from a mother "donor" plant in vegetative phase of life (no flowers) that has been treated with rooting hormones and placed in rockwool or peat polymer plugs to grow new roots from the bottom stem. This process takes 10-14 days typically from unrooted cutting to fully rooted clone ready to be sold and transplanted.
The cuttings are usually placed in a propagation tray with several cuttings at once with strain names and dates to properly track the "clones" taken from that mother plant. Propagating these cuttings allows you to preserve the genetics indefinately when proper practices implemented. Especially using micro propagation and meristem tissue culture on the more advanced side.
The cuttings in the plugs are placed under a humidity dome thats clear allowing a low intensity light to help grow new roots. We suggest 18w LED clone lights turn on 24 hrs a day to promote rooting.
The dome allows the grower to control humidity as high as 100% but taper down to 70% which is usual for the clone rooms and promotes rooting.
80* temperature and RH% between 70%-80% in the clone veg room is fine and this is best environmental settings to ACCLIMATE your clones when ordered from the nursery.

A grower receiving our clones should look to match nursery parameters, alot like buying fish from the store and introducing them to the tank, they need to sit in the bag of store water floating in the tank until that bagged water temperature blends with the tank water. Reducing the stress on the fish, is similar to plants. They crave homeostasis and shipping is already stressful enough so intaking the clones and open immediately for inspection. Only add water with base nutrients if needed at low 2.0 EC & 5.8 PH range as the cubes get dry but dont let them dry all the way out. Overwatering can be just as bad.
Acclimate in the nursery room parameters for a day two under low light intensity (100-200 PPFD) and 24hrs light ON.
If plants in quarantine look good and acclimated to your liking, you can then proceed to IPM treat the plants further (dunk or spray) and transplant them to put into veg phase and grow out.
Some nurseries use MICRONIZED SULFUR once a month as prevention treatment and is NOT COMPATIBLE with horticultural oils that are commonly found in store bought IPM sprays. Please ask us what the most recent IPM treatment was on your batch or just rinse with water or solution using zerotol to rinse any IPM treatments off and begin your program without issue.
We want to encourage success for intake which minimizes most the issues we see with growers learning this process so reach out if any questions to contact@clone2u.com

Do you offer seeds?
Not at this time, we are a live plant genetic nursery provider that works with seed breeders to provide the best genetics in clone form proven winners.
Do you offer unrooted cuttings?
Not at this time, as we strive to ensure growers success, we offer 100% guarantee on our ROOTED clones and teen plants that have passed QC quality control checks and acclimated to the environment. This allows us to feel confident in providing you with plants that will thrive in your garden immediately, rather than risking us sending unrooted cuttings that require the grower to have propagation skills, which we cannot provide a guarantee around. We provide propagation resources in our GROW TIPs link in the navigation bar, in hopes all growers learn to clone and grow better! However at this time we prefer to send out rooted clones and teen plants to ensure proper starts to a successful grow.
Do check out our Seed options if desired too!
Do you offer teen plants?
We do offer teen plants that have been grown in veg phase for 14-21 days and have several new tops averaging 18" tall in height. Our teens come in 4" rockwool media which makes less mess for shipping and faster dry backs. These teens in rockwool can be planted in coco, soil, or stacked on top other rockwool as designed. We have had success with all methods.
These teens will give the grower a jump start on their veg cycle saving them time labor materials and electrical billing...
Additionally use these teens as new mother plant stock to grow your own clones out into production or nursery needs!
They are shipped in individual plant shippers and two day shipping can be done we recommended upgrading to the LED light inside for maintaining photoperiod.
Do you offer bulk quantities?
We offer singles and BULK qty alike. Our Tier 1 priced strains are grown in production qty and can fulfill larger orders at any given notice. We have large qty available for spot buy, or you can reserve for your future cycles and ship in time.
Check out the catalog menu in the top search bar click BULK to navigate to that page where we show the master list of availability weekly updates and contact us for your inquiry directly there or email contact@clone2u.com

What is tissue culture?
Tissue Culture also know as "micro propagation" is a type of cloning process done in an aseptic lab under sterile conditions treating the air and surfaces to ensure no contamination from pests, pathogens, or viroids is possible.
We have a partnered lab and on site tissue culture lab with some of the world's leading technicians and PHds whom formulated optimized agar for our plants in vitro.
We offer Meristem Tissue Culture services for growers to do a similar process to clean up their genetics as our nurseries do.
The tissue culture process starts with the grower submitting their cultivar by mailing unrooted cuttings labeled to the lab.
The lab technicians will intake, document, label and process the samples for lab prep.
Once the sample is ready the team will submit for pathogen screening and see the viral load levels of Hop Latent Viroid HLV, or other know pathogens common in these plants; like Fusarium or Pythium for example.
The lab will assess the viral load levels to better understand the challenges presented with that sample and proceed to perform meristem sampling from the top new growth of the cutting sample. This small cellular sample is only seen using a microscope and talented hands using scapels and tools to handle such a small sample.
These meristem shoots are placed in sterilized agar that consists of hormones to promote rooting over next few weeks.
The meristem shoot is secured in vitro gel holding in place, the vessel is sealed and placed under low intensity light in the lab until next phase.
Once roots initiate in vitro Stage I, the techs will assess health and transfer into multiplication agar gel in a larger vessel to grow new shoots and roots. Pending the process they may repeat meristem sampling or begin nodal cuts to replicate for generation 0 plantlet production.
The lab will continue to screen for pathogens while in vitro under sterile conditions and each plantlet grown from vitro before transferred into the nursery.
The last stages of tissue culture involve taking small cuttings in vitro and plugging into your rooting media of choice, being sure to maintain high humidity environments to acclimate the cuttings and promote rooting.
Tissue culture does take longer to root than clones produced from traditional propagation practices. The tissue culture plantlets aren't as "hardy" until after being acclimated in normal nursery grow environments.
Tissue culture is common practice in commercial agriculture to ensure true to type genetics are clean of pests and pathogens, consistently, allowing for the farm to produce reliably all year around.
Our lab can cater to singles or bulk needs, and it supports our nursery operations with clean elite mother plants that in turn we cut generation 1 clones from that are more commonly seen and sold in the nursery space, as the generation 1 clones are more suitable for production. Whereas tissue culture plantlets are more suitable for mother plants, breeding, and genetic storage or revival planning.
Do you offer tissue culture services?
Yes we do! Email us at contact@clone2u.com to get in touch how the service works.
We have onsite tissue culture lab and our partnered lab offers service to clean up single or bulk cultivars as you need short term or long term storage too.
Utilizing meristem tissue culture the lab tech will intake your cuttings, test for pathogens, grow out and clean up to be rid of pests or pathogens within 4-6 months.
Once the plantlets from tissue culture are ready, the lab will coordinate shipping right back to you and you can root the plantlets in your own media or ask them to root in a media at the lab before shipping. Note this process takes longer.
Clones or Plantlets coming from tissue culture are the best way to ensure clean sterile plant stock and preserve those rare genetics you may have!
Do you offer pathogen testing?
Yes we have a partnered lab with several years experience in commercial pathogen screening using QPCR detection equipment.
Each lab test is only $15 just email contact@clone2u.com to get connected for testing.
Growers can test for Hop Latent Viroid HLV, Fusarium, Pythium, and more common pathogens found in these plants.
This is the same lab that does our tissue culture clean up for genetics and returns clean plantlets to the nursery to grow elite mom stock that have also been tested for pathogens mentioned above.
You can test single or bulk qty of samples and mail the test kits back to the lab in WA for a two day turn around on the results. They will email the results to you and available to review if any questions.
Additionally we have the ability to build an onsite pathogen testing lab for your grow internally to save money and time on samples.

What does “true-to-type” and “verified” genetics mean?
Our genetics are "true to type" which means we have procured them directly from the breeders who know the lineages used in their projects, or we have phenohunted from seed and curated for the nursery production. In all situations these cultivars have been flowered out to maturity to discover their profiles and ensure they truly are what the strain is advertise as.
We've seen several bad actors in the genetics sector renaming strains to gain sales and have skewed the genetics expectations. We are here to set standards and raise expectations.
What are common hemp plant pathogens?
Theres several plant pathogens that can plague hemp plants but the most common found on indoor, greenhouse, and sungrown plants are:
Hop Latent Viroid HLV
Powdery Mildew
Botrytis
Fusarium
Pythium
Gray Mold
Tobacco Mosaic Virus TMV
Beet Curly Top Virus BCTV
These all can stem from any sort of contamination vector, and for those varieties of reasons, we work closely with our partnered lab to mitigate contamination by incorporating best in class practices like;
Tissue Culture
Pathogen Screening using QPCR and culling infected plants.
Proper Propagation Practices using solutions like Bleach or Virkon-S on cutting shears, and change shears between each mother plant ensuring proper soaking.
Scouting and culling of weak subpar plants
To learn more check out our Grow Tips link above for more info
What are common hemp pests?
Hemp Plants can face several types of pests indoors, and even more threats outdoors.
Most common found indoors are typically:
Spider Mites
Russet / Broad Mites
Rice Aphids
Canopy Aphids
Thrips
Fungus Gnats
Leafminers
Whitefly
Catepillars
These pests above can attack the plant's canopy or root zones, causing a variety of symptoms, that the plant will express, but hard to pin point without scouting and proper identification.
Research each of these pests to understand their life cycles and environments that encourage their reproduction.
If pests go unchecked they can wreak havoc on the plants but chewing the leaf reducing photosynthesis, or they may eat the roots and inhibit growth all around.
In any case you should research Integrated Pest Management IPM practices and rotate weekly different products for preventative and curative as needed.
Where can i get information on integrated pest & pathogen management programs?
We offer grow tips on our website to help inform growers how to best prevent pest and pathogen pressure integrating a variety of measures.
Click Here to view our Acclimation & I.P.M. Notes for better success!
These measures typically include foliar spray applications and media drenches weekly with an OMRI listed pesticides targeting certain pests and their life cycles.
Rotating products that contain active ingredients like Horticultural Oils, Citric Acid, Alcohol, or others that have been proven affective against pests and pathogens.
Ideally swapping products will prevent pest resistance which can happen over time using the same pesticide.
We encourage all growers to continue a form of IPM once they receive plants from us and continue to fight against pests and pathogens.
Contact us to see what products were used last on the plant batch you receive, to ensure best compatibility for transitioning.
Do you have social media or YouTube?
Yes our Instagram can be found @CLONE2U_
Stay tuned for upcoming "X" & Youtube channels
Do you require signature for delivery?
No we do not require signature upon delivery.
We have found that not everyone can be present at the time of delivery, and we dont want to prolong the delivery process due to the live nature of the plants.
Our past shoppers have found better success planning for the delivery based on tracking to ensure someone is present at the time of delivery or near it at least. This is best to intake, inspect, and quarantine the plants immediately to prevent any loss.
Additionally we respect growers privacy and we look to be discrete in every way we can.
Our packaging is plain with no labels or logos, the return address will just state "C2U"
NOTE: IF you know your address has issues with receiving deliveries for ANY REASON, please write contact@clone2u.com to address alternative options as we cannot be responsible for packages not arriving at bad addresses. We will refund the order once and not be able to ship to you further.
