• Vendor reliability or conduct

- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Clone2U and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, disputes, injuries, claims, or costs arising out of:
• Vendor actions, omissions, or misconduct
• Transactions or communications between users and Vendors
• Product use, purchase, transport, cultivation, or resale
• Errors, delays, or interruptions of the Platform
In no event will our total liability exceed the amount (if any) paid to us for Platform access, which is typically $0.00.

Vendors retain ownership of their own submitted content but grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote their listings on the Platform.”

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clone2U and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
